Cohort Code of Conduct
No selling or headhunting.
1
Not your services, companies, or your side project. If you're here to build a pipeline, this isn't it. Please and thank you.
5
No sharing of other’s information.
2
Confidentiality is required; strictly keep the names, companies, and specific identities of fellow cohort members confidential. This container is sacred and everyone that is there has applied and agreed to this code of conduct. Please note due to this: no AI recordings by participants will be allowed.
Be kind and curious.
3
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do; it’s how we do it that sets us apart. We ask that you show up for yourself and for others with curiosity, kindness, and empathy. Giving others space is a requirement, not a preference.
This is coaching, not therapy.
4
We go into real territory: disappointment, anger, what you gave up. I’m a coach and leader and know in my bones a lot of what you may have gone through. That said, if what you're carrying needs further clinical support, this is not the right room, and I’ll say so directly and privately.
Show up.
We understand that life happens but please also make an effort to attend every session. Please show up fully, turn videos on to build real connections, and remain engaged without multitasking.
